The laws of India shall govern the interpretation and construction of these terms and conditions, and the courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

The validity of the remaining Terms and Conditions will not be impacted if any of these Terms and Conditions are found to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
